The World Can Be A Strange And Lovely Place

Other times it can be confounding and, quite frankly, a poke in the eye.  While I love the concept that men and women are good, decent, and worthy of walking the planet, some days events give me a run for my money.  The Flutter Effect is my way of digging around and shining the brightest light possible on all the day's news to see just how quickly we effect one another on the web.  All from my house, no less, and some days even in my pajamas (imaging, for now, that I wear them).
